Shipping / Freight
All items have been assigned a shipping weight and the standard shipping costs will be calculated automatically at check out.
All orders with a total weight under 25kg are sent via standard Australia Post, unless Express post is selected or another carrier is specifically requested.
Freight arrangements for orders over 25kg in total weight will depend on customer location and customer preference. Heart of the Flower Foundation will contact you to finalise these arrangements.
All in stock items are shipped within 2-3 days of payment confirmation.
Refunds
There are no refunds available.
